Have you checked out that thread (Vriez and Wicked)? Its unbelievably addicting. It started as a big joke, but Im getting a little addicted to researching IBL players. Its crazy because half of the stuff you find on a player you have to translate from Italian to English...and once you find somebody, you have to do a half dozen google searches to make sure that theyre even PLAYING in the IBL next season.

BTW, guys, if I'm not ahead of you in the draft queue, and you have to leave and it's only a few picks away, *IF* you have a target feel free to leave me a list. I understand if you don't want to leave a huge list and give away your targets, so 1-2 picks are understandable. Figure that will help keep the draft moving *and* yet minimize stress on everyone's schedules.

When I say I'm AFK, you still can PM me a list - and someone else can text me to get the pick made, as we did with Timmah & Vriez this AM.

BTW, if I'm not the right person because I'm ahead of any of you, HLZ is the other person who usually will be able to get here and retrieve a PM. Again, it doesn't have to be more than 1-2 targets, as we realize you don't want to give away your targets for later on.

I figure the above solution will keep the draft skipping along this weekend, so we can get as much squared away before next week, when quick & others may not be around as much.

I also had Blalock on that DRAFTED list I made up. I really should have proofed it after the official thread restarted. What a dope.
I mean, Jon, OBSCENE value there. If he remains a DH -and healthy- that's just crazy value for the 17th round.

I was definately eyeing Blalock as well.

I was deciding between LaRoche and Blalock for my CI slot...but I already have a handful of risks on my team, and The Hammer has burned me before. (plus I have him in 3 leagues and thats waay too much dependence on a perennial injury risk)

All lists updated. Just waiting on slothster.

Just goes to show you, you don't need to know shit about college basketball to do well in these bracket pools. I got 28 of 32 right the first two days and every single Sweet 16 choice is still alive. Had Villanova this morning and have Memphis in Game 2. I honestly couldn't name more than 5-10 players in all of college ball. HaHa
